• Exclusive cooperation with globally recognised Carriers, with allocated spaces, competitive and fixed rates throughout the year, also in peak seasons .
• Capability to find out always best solution to satisfy our clients’ needs: just providing us basic information, such as goods readiness date and requested delivery date at destination, we will be able to suggest best logistics solution as direct air freight (faster solution but more expensive), or deferred (less expensive with longer transit time).
• Mainly use of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) reducing significantly the risk of damages and saving your time and expenses. All our freight stations have trained and qualified personnel, proper structures and proper transportation service ULDs dedicated.
• Security service for air cargo available in our warehouses by proper security methods as certified by ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) under EU regulations
• Clear and prompt Communication: shipment status can be checked whenever by entering our tracking system.
• Direct relationship with our air freight staff. They will look after your shipment and will always be available for any question or request.
