EOL Spa is the owner of data. The company’s head office is located in Via Dante Alighieri, 144, Pioltello (MI). Data processing connected to the services of this website is located in our offices and is being carried out by personnel appointed directly by EOL Spa, thus guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality of data.
Sources of Data and the Aim of Data Processing
All personal data voluntarily provided by filling in forms present on our website or by sending e-mails to the indicated e-mail addresses, is being obtained by EOL Spa and used only for processing the inquiries sent by users themselves.
Procedure of Data Processing
Personal data and navigation history is being processed in electronic format only for a lapse of time that is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data had been collected. Specific security measures had been observed in accordance to the Legislation, in order to prevent loss of data, its illegal use and unauthorized accesses.
Communication and Sharing of Data
Personal data that is being voluntarily provided by filling in forms present on our website or by sending e-mails to the indicated e-mail addresses, is being shared with third parties only if extremely necessary in order to handle the inquiry sent by the user.
We also specify that this data is in no way stored or saved in any way on our servers. The forms are limited to sending the information inserted there via email to EOL SPA.
Consent to Data Processing
User is free to provide its personal data by filling in forms present on our website or by sending e-mails. Missing to send full data, though, could cause the impossibility to obtain all the information or services requested by user.
It is not necessary to provide personal data when navigating on our website as navigation only implies collection of anonymous data. In any case, the user is free to reject the consent to use cookies (see below – How to enable Cookies).

The right to obtain the described below from the owner or responsible of data without any delay:
- Update, ratification or integration of data when in user’s interest;
- Data cancellation, transformation into anonymous or block of data in case it had been violated, including the data, conservation of which is not necessary for the scope for which the data had been collected or successively processed;
- Demonstration that the actions mentioned in points a) and b) had been communicated, also regarding their contents, to those to whom the data had been communicated or shared, except in case such action is not possible or in case the fulfillment of such action would require means that are proportionally excessive in respect to the rights guaranteed;
The right to reject in full or in part:
- For legitimate reasons connected to processing or collection of personal data of the user.
